Contact ezship
Support is by email. Write to dan@ezship.dev for account help, app-building questions or a problem with the service.
Email supportInclude your organization's app address, what you were trying to do, what happened, and the approximate time and time zone. Browser details and a screenshot with private information removed can help. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, access tokens, invitation links, account-opening links or private business records.
Support does not currently have a guaranteed response time. If an issue affects your team's access, say so in the subject and describe its impact.
Signing up and signing in
Start from the trial signup form. Check your inbox for an email with an “Open my studio” button. The button can be used once and expires after seven days. It creates your private organization after verification and opens the Studio signed in.
If the link was already used or has expired, open the Studio and connect your existing organization using its address and your invited email. Use the latest sign-in email and check spam if it has not arrived. Contact us if you do not know your organization's address or cannot sign in.
Connecting from ChatGPT
Install and connect the ezship plugin when it is available in your ChatGPT account. Complete existing-account sign-in or email verification on the connection page that opens in your browser. Keep codes and credentials on that page, outside the conversation.
Connections only grant your own account's access. If access was revoked or a connection has expired, reconnect. Disconnecting the plugin in ChatGPT stops its access but does not delete your apps or saved work. Plugin availability can depend on your account or workspace.
Checking, Previewing and publishing
Check an app before publishing and fix any reported diagnostics. A Preview lets you inspect unpublished changes, but uses your real database; use sample records when trying write actions.
In ChatGPT, follow the browser review link for Push, approve the exact changes, and return to chat. Deploy needs its own browser review and approval. Each review lasts ten minutes and can be used once. If files or versions change, prepare a new review.
Apps and Previews require a signed-in, authorized team member. An organization administrator can check your invitation and access if you cannot open an app.
Credit and trial limits
If Studio AI credit runs out, the agent pauses. Use the Studio's request-more-credit option or contact us. Existing apps and records are retained. Trial expiry or app and build limits can also stop new changes; support can explain the limit affecting your organization.
Privacy and your records
Email dan@ezship.dev for an access, correction, export or deletion request. Give us enough information to identify the account, without sending private records. We may verify your identity and your authority for the organization before acting.
For records collected by your organization's app, contact its administrator too. Archiving an app, ending a trial or disconnecting ChatGPT does not automatically erase records. See the privacy policy for retention and your choices, and the terms of service for the agreement governing use.
Report a security concern
Email dan@ezship.dev with “Security report” in the subject. Describe the affected feature, what you observed and steps to reproduce using your own account and sample data. Do not include live credentials or another person's information, and do not access or change another organization's data.
